1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered:

    If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, and no substantial progress has been made, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Technical Errors on Our End:

    If a technical issue prevents us from completing your order, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a full or partial refund.

  • Unsatisfactory Quality (Case-by-Case Basis):

    If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will attempt revisions first. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial refund may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Completed and Approved Work:

    Once a service has been completed and approved by the client, it is non-refundable.

  • Change of Mind:

    If you decide to cancel after work has begun, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Dissatisfaction Without Justification:

    If no specific issues with the delivered service are outlined, a refund cannot be granted.

  • Force Majeure:

    Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or internet disruptions) do not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide details about your order, the issue encountered, and any supporting evidence (e.g., files, communication).
  • Allow up to 7 business days for our team to review your request and respond with a resolution.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a refund request, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute through Stripe. We aim to resolve issues amicably. However, if a dispute is filed through Stripe, we will respond in accordance with Stripe’s policies.
